IST Shortlisted for Business Innovation Award

Integrated System Technologies (IST) Ltd, has left stiff regional competition standing by being shortlisted for Business Innovation of the Year at the coveted Business Achievement Awards 2013.

The successful local LED lighting technology company, which exports LED drivers and LED lighting fixtures globally, has been recognized for its most recent lighting fixture innovations - the Serenity Quadrum and Nexus recessed LED ceiling tiles - which have helped fuel significant growth in the company for the fifth consecutive year. The company currently boasts the strongest order book in its 15 year history.

The Quadrum offers a highly competitive replacement to T5 fluorescent tubes, achieving an impressive 91 ll/cW accompanied by a ROI of less than 18 months. Made in the West Midlands, the Quadrum is a high quality fixture, far superior to poorly performing Asian manufactured LED panels due to the incorporation of a number of IST’s technology patents, e.g. flicker-free DALI dimming down to 03%, which is the lowest on the market today. The Quadrum can save up to 40% on energy bills and is now significantly more efficient than the T5 tubes it is designed to replace.

IST has an impressive history of innovation, to ensure the company stays ahead of the industry’s giants. The next innovation to hit the market will be a solution for the TV, stage and theatre market, which is anticipated to fuel growth over the next 12 months.
