Integrated System Technologies is pleased to introduce the three newest members of the team: Arpad Bus, Sarah Fitzpatrick and Nina Blackmore, who bring an abundance of expertise and experience to support the expansion of products and services throughout IST’s three main divisions: LED Lighting & Drivers, Optics and Media.
Nina Blackmore, Marketing Manager, joins us from the Photonics Cluster (UK) and brings over four years’ experience in marketing and events management within the photonics and LED industries. Nina was the Co-Founder of the euroLED Conference and Exhibition, which grew rapidly under her directorship to become Europe’s largest conference and exhibition dedicated to solid-state lighting within just two years. Nina commented: “I am delighted to be taking on this new challenge at IST Ltd; I have witnessed the LED revolution unfolding over the last four years but wanted to experience it at first hand from within the heart of the industry”. Nina will provide marketing and customer service support to new and existing customers across the three divisions. Nina’s expertise and industry contacts have enabled the extension of IST’s product portfolio to include marketing and event management services, so if you wish to benefit from Nina’s wide reaching contacts in the photonics and LED industries, feel free to contact her to discuss your requirements.
Arpad Bus, Executive Accounts Manager, is IST’s web expert and joins us after eleven years in the entertainments and customer service industry. Arpad is multi-skilled and proficient in website design, database management, web hosting, content management systems, electronic promotions and print work. “I am thrilled to join IST, bringing both my technical and customer skills to the media division, and look forward to building relationships with existing customers and informing them about our enticing new products and services.”
Last but not least, Sarah Fitzpatrick, Finance and Credit Manager, has over 11 years’ experience in credit insurance. Sarah's early experience was in national accounts for a large IT company in Birmingham City Centre. However, her more recent role was in the Finance and Insurance sector, where she managed a portfolio of over 100 clients for a large independent broker in the Midlands.
Matt Fitzpatrick, Company Director, commented: “IST have built a strong reputation for excellent quality and outstanding customer service and I feel confident that the newly appointed team members will continue to maintain the high standards set and support the continuing expansion of our business. At this time of economic turbulence, it is vital that our customers can rely on our 10 years of trading as a leading supplier of web services, optics and LED systems”.
Dr Geoff Archenhold, founder of IST, enthused: “Since July 2008 when the current management team undertook its MBO/MBI of IST, the company’s turnover has increased by 80%,meaning that in order to maintain its rapid growth rate it needed to invest in high quality, customer- centric staff.
